9. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining account and project history, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and enforcing agreements.

Information needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Information contained in backups until the backup is overwritten through the ordinary backup cycle.
Information already de-identified so that it can no longer reasonably identify you.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through Apple or Google. You must manage or cancel the subscription through the applicable app-store account.
11. International Data Transfers
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. These countries may have privacy laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers, which may include contractual protections, adequacy decisions, transfer certifications, or other mechanisms permitted by applicable law.
You may contact us for additional information about the safeguards relevant to your information.
12. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction.
These measures may include authentication controls, encrypted network connections, access restrictions, request validation, monitoring, and security protections provided by our infrastructure providers.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security. You should use a strong, unique password and protect access to your device and email account.
